This cosy corner is here just for you whenever you may need it. It's filled with nurturing self-care resources that you can enjoy on your own or share with your loved ones. Here you will find meditations, arts and crafts activities, journaling prompts, and cooking and baking ideas. There are exclusive disability-specific affirmation cards just for you. You will also find book suggestions from our community.
The calm space has not been written in plain English. We did this so we can share the original work of the artist who designed it.
Kaygan (Kay) Barnard (she/they) is a queer, disabled artist, and activist residing on unceded Whadjuk Noongar Land. She has created the resources in this section of the website. Kay co-designed the contents of the meditations, arts, cooking, journalling, books and disability specific affirmation cards.
