How to use the journal

Download the journal. It has 52 prompts to help you think about your work.

You can go through each prompt in order, or you choose which prompt you want.

You could keep your journal private or discuss it with a supervisor, manager, or external supervisor.  

We recommend writing in the journal at the end of your work week. It can help you reflect on your work and find a healthy work-life balance.
